The School for F.M. Alexander Studies is offering three free supervised workshops, taught by trainees who are in the final year of our training course.
The program for the day will be:
- 10 – 11am – An Introduction to the Alexander technique
- 11am – 12pm – Applying the Alexander technique to yoga
- 2.30 – 3.30pm – Applying the Alexander technique to yoga
These are absolutely free BUT you must agree that once you are booked in, if you cancel you will pay a cancellation fee of $50!!.
